First, we would like to introduce the founders of Geneva Capital Management; Joseph and Thomas Geneva. Two brothers envisioned a dream and made it into a reality. They knew working with people who shared their same passions could allow them to succeed, by bulidng relationships with their clients and growing with them through years to come. They put their dreams to the test and acheived life long relationships and friendships by following one simple foundation that created Geneva Capital Management, Client's First.

Joseph grew up in Hicksville, NY. He obtained his B.S. in Accounting at Molloy College, where he played lacrosse. From there, Joe received his M.B.A in Accounting at Hofstra University. It was during his 6 years of study & 5 years of post-graduate work with EisnerAmper (one of the nation's leading accounting firms) that Joe developed a strong knowledge-base & passion for the Finance Industry. After successful completion of his Series 7, Series 66, and NYS LA&H Insurance Exams, Joe became a Investment Advisor Representative.

Currently, Joe is the co-founder of Geneva Capital Management - dba of Royal Alliance Associates, Inc.  Joe is a Board Member of the Michael Magro Foundation.  The foundation helps provide support to families dealing with children who have pediatric cancer.

Additionally, he volunteers with his church, the Boys & Girls Club & other community organizations.Growing up, Joe found joy in sports and competition.  Nowadays, he finds joy in being able to work with individuals/businesses to create customized financial plans that manage existing assets, mitigate risks, and help provide for a brighter future focusing on his client's “all-encompassing” financial needs. To include, but not limited to: Investment Management, Estate and Legacy Planning, College planning Strategies, Risk Management (Insurance) and Retirement Planning.
